Form Results saved to a Database and sent by Email

How can I get information filled out on a form sent to me by email and be
saved into my database?

Hi,

You'll need to cascade forms, i.e., the confirmation form of the save to database will need to be a send email.

How do I cascade form? I am trying to send my form data to a database and
email at the same time. I am using FrontPage 2003. Thanks very much.
