FP2003 closes when insert picture

When I click in INSERT .... PICTURE ... FROM FILE .... a dialog box pops up,
indicating that a problem has occurred and FrontPage will have to close.
I have FP2003.

Try Importing the image file into FP first (usually into your images folder) then Insert into your design from there.
