From Outlook XP to 2003 Problem

I have basic outlook (.oft) templates that I created in XP. When we went
from XP to 2003 some users (not all) are unable to see the fields on the
form. Im not sure why this happened. Can anyone give me any advice. Even
when I try and recreate them it is still a problem. So Im sure it is an
option of some sort (i think) but don't know what it is that needs to be
changed.
