Gantt chart disappeared

This is very bizzare, but as I was working in one of my
project plans in Gantt view the gantt charts disappeared
along with all the date headings. Gone! If I bring up
another plan the Gantt chart is there so it's not the
software. Anyone ever see this happen and how do I get my
Gantt chart back?

Don,
Are all the Gantt type views (e.g. Tracking Gantt) missing the Gantt
graphic or just the basic Gantt Chart view? If none of the Gantt type
views works, I suspect file corruption. Go to:
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs
and look at FAQ 43. You might also want to try MS knowledge base article

If the Gantt graphic is only missing from the standard Gantt Chart view,
try re-setting the view. Go to View/More Views and select "Gantt Chart"
and then hit edit. Make sure the screen is "Gantt Chart". If it is but
no graphic appears, try creating a new view with "Gantt Chart" as the
screen. Select or create a view table that shows the fields (columns)
you need.

Hope this helps.

What sometimes happens is that you accidently drag the border between the
task table window on the left and the Gantt timescale window on the right
all the way to the right-hand side of the screen. Move your mouse slowly to
the right of the screen and look for it to change into the 2-pointed arrow,
Click and drag to the left and see what happens.

THANK-YOU!!!! Never had that happened before but moving
the mouse slowly to the right... and sure enough there it
was. Kind of odd that it doesn't show up when you move
the bar across to the right, which is what I did at first
thinking the same thing. Oh well, must be an
MS "feature"... :) Thanks again.
