Gantt chart showing actual work past actual work entered

The Gantt chart is showing actual work that has not yet been entered. For
example, I have enetered actual work to the 18.07.08 yet the Gantt is showing
actual work upto 13.11.08. I have checked the other work fields (overtime &
allocation) and could still not see where the information is being pulled
from.

Can anyone help?

Hi Rod,

The project has been updated manually by adding timesheet hours into the
task usage "actual work" column
