Getting emails to Outlook

Hello

I am trying to get my emails from a server, which works
on Linux 7.2 to my outlook express. Can someone help me
on how to do it. e.g what would be the incoming server be
(IMAP, SMTP, POP3).
example
the email id is (e-mail address removed)
and the server name is tty.asd.com
