Getting rid of paragraph indent marks

M

MB Thakar

Sometimes you want to print out an email, but it has all
these indent/paragraph markers in it. Generally, I copy
and paste the document to Word, and then I go through and
edit them out, one by one. Is there an easier way? I
cannot seem to get "Find" to find those paragraph marks
to eliminate them.

I assume you're talking about the ">" or similar symbol used to show thread
generations. Two ways to get rid of them easily. Do a Replace and replace
the > with nothing. Or, if you hold down the ALT key while dragging, you
can select just the column of >'s and delete them.
