Ghost email message

When I try do download my wife's email into outlook it say it is trying to
send 3 messages that do not excist as the out box is empty. This prevents
emails from being received. This only happens when I switch user to my wife
as on my outlook it receives and sends mail with no problems

It sounds like a damaged pst or profile
Try creating a new profile and doing a search for scanpst.exe to scan the
pst file for errors!
