Graphic display

Kathy Hunter

I finished creating a 42 page document yesterday with
graphics inserted on each page. I saved the document with
no problem. Today when I try to open it, only the first
20 pages of graphics shows and after that there are blank
boxes in place of the graphics and an error message that I
do not have enough memory or disk space to display or
print the pictures. I have tried cutting it all apart,
but I can not get any of the pages with the error to
display the graphics. How do I rescue this document???

I am having the same problem with a 1-page flier I created. It is quite a problem! I checked the properties of the file and file size actually has nothing to do with it. If I discover something I'll let you know. Please do likewise.

Some maybe too basic suggestions:

Have you tried checking the doc settings at the point you
start to have the problem? Like going to Tools >> options
and looking through the tabs. Also, I've had some very
weird undiagnosable problems with page breaks that seem to
be associated with the paragraph settings (tab 2, keep
lines together, etc.).

Then the old tried and true, start a new doc, copy the old
one, and paste it into the new one. In your case, you
might try doing parts into separate docs.

lastly, reboot and pray :)

Good luck!
