When I paste a graphic into my document I have 2 lines
(the right and bottom portion of the graphic) that do not
appear on the screen, but print. How can I ensure that
the graphic doesn't have a partial border?

Try selecting the picture then right clicking to bring up a list of options and choose borders and shading. Check to be sure that there are no borders and that when doing so it is applied to the image. Always check print preview, usually what you see is what you get
