Graphics autoformat their location...

I have someone copying images out of a powerpoint and into word that is trying to position the pictures where he wants them in the word document and word automatically trys moving the other graphics around when doing so. I tried this on my machine using the same word and powerpoint documents he was working with and it doesn't do this on mine. Both are Word/PowerPoint 2003 - What setting would cause this?

Hi Scott,

Your coworker needs to go to Word's dialog at Tools > Options > Edit
and set the "Insert/paste pictures as" box to "In line with text".
