Graphics don't sow in Webpage format

Hi all - Word 2002 XP - Windows ME

I have been trying to set up an Index page for my personal website, and when
I save my word document as a Web Page, the jpg' juts have a red in them
instead of the image when I upload it to the website.

I was told that if I save my document as a Web Page, it would work fine on
the website. But, nothing I create with images will show, they all have the
red in them instead.

I have read the article regarding the images not being displayed properly in
the documents, but, it does not seem to resolve the problem with the
website. How do I format the document so that the images will display
properly on the website?

Best regards,

Jan :)

When you save as a web page, Word splits up the document and creates a
folder structure. You need to upload not only the page, but the sub folders
(that contain your image).

Ohhh...is that what those other labeled folders are for? I did not know
that. I thought they were just backups for the webpages. I am still new to
the Office 2002 XP and some of the features, and sometimes the Help files a
bit difficult to use unless you know the exact term(s) to use.

Thank you so very much. I truly do appreciate your time and help. I'll try
this and see if it will help solve the problem. :)
