Help export individual names from groups into commadel file

Have done everything I can think of to export individual names and addresses
from my various groups into a comma delimited file. All I get is my whole
mailing list. Also, can't find a way to print out a list of my groups... can
this be done?

Group? Do you mean a distribution list stored in your Contacts folder?
