Help ...i discover the raison but i can't solve it

Hi DL
I tried several time to repair the Office installation,but without solve the
problem.
I delete the Shortcut and re-instolled without success

I discover why if using the Shortcut Bar of Office and clicking any icons of
the Shortcut i am not open the relative program but it will be open a
notepad file .
If i right ckick any icons of the Shortcut Bar i have as first option of the
relative Menu "Notepad" and then i have "Open"
If i click on "Open" finally i have the relative program.
But if i left click directly the icon i have the Notepad" file .
Now i think that if i can delete from the menu the voice "Notepad"appearing
right clicking the icons the problem it will be solved,but i don't know how
to delete it.
Who can help me?

Try right clicking on a blank spot on the Shortcut
bar and choose refresh. If that doesn't help you may be running into this issue
