I have Office XP Professional. Today, when I tried to open Outlook, I got an
error message. It said that Outlook had not closed correctly the last time
it was used and did I want to open it in Safe Mode to fix it? I clicked
"Yes", the Outlook screen came up for just a second, then went off again.
I'm no computer geek. I know that Outlook is a part of the whole Office
program. Would I need to uninstall Office and re-install it? I hope there
is some easier way to remedy this than that.
Could someone help me? I'd appreciate it!
