how can I back up my folders and other information in
outlook?? i want to format my computer but i dont want to
lose these data...

Export all data as PST files from the file
menu's "import/export"
this will export all outlook data [calender, inbox,
outbox, sent items, contacts etc] to a pst file
copy/burn pst file to cd
bob's your uncle
