Help Please!

every time i tryand open a document, it tells me the
document is unavailable. how do i retrieve my word files.

If Norton/Symantec Antivirus is installed on your computer, try
disabling the Office Plugin that comes with that program by clicking on
Start | Programs | Norton | Options | Miscellaneous | uncheck the
"Enable Office Plugin" box.
