help w/ text-to-speech

i've finally configured my microphone properly, now i need to figure out how
to get my voice on paper!! i'm not sure where to begin - at all- so ANY help
is welcomed. thanx!

Did you try searching the help files for speech recognition. BTW - you need
help with speech to text, not the other way around.
