Hi!
I would appreciate if anyone would be nice enough to help me with
this problem. I am using email workgroup to collect hours from resources. I
have the below issues.
1. Major one - Already existing actual hours for hours are being replaced by
the actual hours reported by the resources. This causes major problems.
If the resource had 10hrs of actual time already against a task and
remaining hrs of 5 hrs and is reporting 2hrs of actual work this week,
Project overwrites 10hrs of actual with 2hrs of actual for that resource for
the task and reduces the remaining work 5 -2 = 3hrs...
Please help.
What happened to the feature in Project 2002 that was in Project 2000 where
you could move the columns left/right to alter the layout of columns in the
Request Actuals window. Where is the similar feature in 2002?
FYI. The plan is being maintained by two people including myself and the
other person is using version 2002.
