Hidden pages with template only being viewable

While creating some drawings, I had to make some changes to my template and
accidently deleted the main visio drawing from the Window. Now I can only
view the template and the pages are hidden. I am also not able to print from
the template and was able to print while right clicking on the file itself
(was able to create a pdf file which show all pages that are there.

So, my question is, how do I retrieve the pages that I am not able to view.
I really don't want to have to recreate these drawings.

Need to clarify that it is a title block that is only viewable, not a template.

I tried the actions as documented in the article by John Goldsmith, however,
when I go to the Window>ShapeSheet, I do not have the option for the
UIvisibility. The header on the ShapeSheet file only has the name of the
title block that I can only view. Are there any other options for viewing
pages that are hidden?

just for the fun of it, try renaming the file from .vst to .vss and see what
happens.
