I want to use the project management tool in BCM for small business purposes.
I can generate projects and tasks within the single projects. The tasks
appear in the task list but I would need the (main) projects in the Outlook
calendar as appointments or a meetings. Is there any possibility to link BCM
project with Outlook calendar in this way?
Other option would be if I generate an appointment or meeting in Outlook and
then hiperlink the project. I tried this too but I can not find where the
projects are saved as single files.
What I could do to copy the projects from the project list and paste into
the (extra created) appointment comment section. But in this case the project
opens like a single task without the allocated real tasks.
I would be very thankful if somebody could advice how I could do it.
