When someone emails me with a hot link in outlook it will not open. I am
using windows XP and outlook 2003. When I try to open the live link all it
opens is macromedia 4.0 flash player with a blank screen. I have tried
uninstalling flash player and the same thing. I have downloaded all the
updates to XP and to office and has not helped. Tried uninstalling outlook
and reinstalling and the same thing. I have another machine in the house
running the same configuration and it works fine. What could be going on?
