I did a screen print and copied it into Word. Now I need to add arrows pointing to parts of the screen image with explanatory notes for each arrow. How do I do that?

You can use the Draw toolbar to insert callouts or arrow lines.
However, as Word can have problems getting these to display
consistently, for documents with many of these callouts, I prefer to
label the various sections of the screen shot using A B C or 1 2 3 and
refer to these in the adjacent documentation.
