How are two titles used in mail merge?

How do you use two different titles to one person in the same letter.
Example: I want one title in the address and a different one in the
greeting. Please help!

Create two separate title fields in your data file, one for each place.

Or use a conditional field to place the second title, assuming the merge can
identify when to do so from the rest of the data.
