How can I add a contact's direct reports to email?

In office 2003 I could open a contact and view Organization tab. From the
organization tab, I could add selected direct reports to a new outlook
message. Is there a way to do this in Office 2007?

If you could do it in Outlook 2003, it should work exactly the same way in
Outlook 2007. Where does it fail?

There doesn't appear to be a way to add the name to the To/CC/Bcc fields
like you can in Outlook 2003 (http://slipstick.me/jing/buttons.png), only
add to contacts.

These To, CC, BCC buttons are missing from the GAL contact form in 2007:

I don't see a way to click on the ribbon while in the address book.
