How can I backup my Contacts in Outlook 2003?

I am running Outlook 2003 and would like to backup my current "Contact List"
and the data.
The problem is, I can't find the option for that.

Either copy the .pst file, install the personal folders backup available
from Office Downloads, or use File->Export->To a File->Personal Folders File
and select your contact folder.

ONE WAY WOULD BE TO ARCHIVE, OPEN OUTLOOK..UNDER FILE YOU
SHOULD SEE ARCHIVE HERE YOU CAN SELECT THE CALENDAR OR
ANY FOLDER YOU WANT TO BACK UP...YOU CAN SELECT
DESTINATION OR LEAVE AS DEFAULT...IF YOU WANT TO RENAME
THE BACKUP YOU CAN OR LEAVE AS DEFAULT NO MATTER WHAT THE
EXTENSION WILL BE .PST

PS..DON'T TAKE THE UPPER CASE AS ME SCREAMING :)

Then try using lower case!!! It is very hard to read anything written in
all upper case.
