How can I convert Visio into excel spreadsheet

I have made up a Visio presentation and know need to convert it to an excel
spreadsheet as a number of my colleagues only have Microsoft Office programmes


Please help

It would probably be easier to have them download the free visio viewer and
send them the file. You can use the database wizard to export to excel but I
doubt very seriously that this is what you want.

Have them download the free Visio Viewer, then you won't have to put it into
Excel.

If there are rules against them loading extra software, you can save the
drawing in various formats, create a webpage or create an Adobe Acrobat PDF
(if you have the PDF drivers)

You can download a nice little program called "CutePDF" from
http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp

Its absolutely free, and in one word: Flawless.

It acts like a printer, you print from any program into it, then it asks you
for a file name and location, and viola! You've got a pdf file that looks
EXACTLY like your source file. When you install it, it's added to you list
of printers. You can even make it your default printer.

Tips:
Be sure and specify sheet size in the print dialog if using a size other
than 8.5×11.

PDF's don't look acurate on screen unless at 100%, 200%, 400%, 800% or 1600%
and so forth zoom, especially tables and line art.
