how can I copy a document from adobe reader and still read it

I am trying to insert a document from an adobe reader into a office document
but when I do I can't read the writting. Any way to get around this?

If u mean a full pdf document into the Word, I don't think taht Word support
it. U can sellect all (by right click on the mouse inside the pdf document,
copy it and paste into word document (each line became a paragraph, almost
impossible to reformat it) or u can buy a pdf to doc translator.
