how can i download word on to my pc via the internet

i need some sort of word processing programme on my pc and was told i can do
it on the net, dont sure how to. can anyone help. thanks

Microsoft Word is not not freeware. There may be other word processing
software out there that is free. Someone else will have to help from here.
