How can I open files from Publisher 2003 with Publisher 2000

Hi,
I have publisher 2000 I am trying to open files that were created for
publisher 2003. Every time I try to open a file I get a message saying
"cannot open files with previous version" is there an update or something I
could load?

Pub2003 has an option to save
files as Pub2000. There may be
some formatting loss.

You cannot open 2003 files with Publisher 2000. If you were sent these files
have your sender save the files as 2000 and re-send.
