How can I paste an object that is not in the clipboard?

Pasting a picture from print screen

I copied my screen that had a full screen picture on it and tried to paste it
in word but I accidentally hit the printscreen buttom again. I have 1 of 12
clipboard itmes showing but cant patste the one I want
