How can I permanently change the object (scale)settings?

I'm trying to copy and paste an object from Photshop into Publisher, but when
I paste it in publisher it's always 3% of the original size. How can I
permanently change this size?

Have you tried saving the PS file as a gif or jpg and inserting that?
