How can I print off a list of all my programs?

I think I need to clean off my computer & reinstall windows & office, but I'd
like to print off a list of all the programs that I currently have on my
computer so that I know what I want to reinstall. I've attempted to print
off a list from Outlook but it doesn't seem to want to work. Any idea's or
suggestions?
