how can I save a file in ".ai" or ".eps" ?

I need to change the format for industrial printing purposes. I have a
picture and a title.

Well, you don't save in either format from Word. *.ai is an Adobe
Illustrator file, and .eps is Encapsulated Post Script, which can be saved
from a number of programs, including, I believe, Adobe Acrobat.

If you have a PostScript printer driver installed, I *think* you could
probably select that printer and choose the "Print to file" option in Word's
Print dialog to get an .eps or .ps file, but I won't swear to that. You
might get more help on that score in the microsoft.public.word.printingfonts
