How can I save a publisher file in a format that can be emailed.

I produce a small newsletter in Publisher. I would like to be able to save
it in a format that can be emailed, not as a publisher file, which takes too
long to download.

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

I am in a very bad mood tonight so, as this is an FAQ, you can damned well
stop being so fecking lazy and find your own answer.

www.groups.google.com. Use it. And stop clogging this group with questions
that have been asked - and answered - ad infinitum and ad nauseam.

I gotta agree with Sarah. Are you too lazy to at least look through
today's posts to see your question has been asked and answered several
times? Are you an idiot or just can't read?

Probably both, Mike.

Please ignore the self-appointed newsgroup nazis who don't seem to understand
that the purpose of this facility is to assist users.

Go to the address below and find out how to access the newsgroups using your
news reader. This will give you an interface where it is possible to browse
through the previous posts in a way that will enable you to locate messages
where your question has already been answered. You will also find it much
easier to post further questions and to find responses to your questions.

Puzzling. How did the Nationalist German Socialist Workers' Party
(Nazis) get in to all this publishing stuff??

Learning to master Publisher is enough of a chore for this ole soul.

Call me a nazi if you will but remember the saying

"Give a man a fish and you feed him that day. Teach him /how/ to fish and
you feed him for life"

That could be paraphrased as

"Give a poster an answer to an FAQ and you answer that question. Teach them
how to answer their own questions and they never darken the group again with
questions that they could have answered themselves had they Googled for 10
seconds..."

Capiche?

That expression is why I prefer to show someone how to do something so that
they can do it themselves the next time. And maybe, just maybe, they will do
the same for the next person.

While in a state of ecstasy after repairing his laptop, Ed sees a
message from Miss Perspicacia Tick said:

Is that anything like "Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day... set
him on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life"?
