How can I send out a mass email

Once I am ready to send of my mass mail list to my selected email addresses
Word continually asks me to allow the program to send an email through
outlook and I have to keep saying yes. I have over 1 000 emails to send and
just haven't got time to allow each one one by one. HELP!
