how can i stop getting capital letter at beginning of new line

Can you tell me how I can stop getting capital letter at the beginning of
each new line after hitting the return button.

Stop pressing Enter. Either let the line wrap naturally or insert a line
break using Shift+Enter. When you press Enter, you are beginning a new
paragraph, which Word, reasonably enough, assumes is the beginning of a
sentence, and the AutoCorrect option to "Capitalize first letter of
sentences" takes over. You can disable this AutoCorrect option temporarily
when needed.
