How can you convert a Publisher File to hi-res jpeg or bmp file

I don't want to use clipboard and paste as I lose hi res.

I have produced a newsletter and want to hand it over to others to print.
They do not have Microsoft Publisher so I want to be able to give them it in
a format they can look at and print.

Then you don't save as an image file, you save as a PDF file.
