Well there are various ways to link the data. One way that will provide
automatic updates is to use the Paste Link feature, but... using paste
links requires careful setup and a lot of maintenance discipline or
corruption will result.
A much more robust approach is to either export the data using an export
map (static data) or a custom VBA macro. Neither of these methods will
provide automatic updates but they can be set up for a simple toolbar
button update.
