how do i align pages to print evenly on the internet?

I use Windows XP Pro and and Microsoft Office 2003. I cannot get my web pages
to print evenly or within my margins. Office 2003 is quite different from
Office 2002. Can someone help me?

What Office 2003 application are you printing from?
