How do I auto copy on "Got Focus"

How do I get the computer to auto copy the text in a filed? When I "got
Focus" on a filed I want to copy the contens of only that field onto the
clipbord. Is there a way that I can build a macro that will call the
keystrokes CTRL + S or some other way that I can do this?
