How do I change the colour of the line between columns in Word? (2

Please can someone help as this is driving me crazy!!! I am formatting a
document for a client and they would like the line between columns to be a
colour other than black and for the life of me I can't seem to change the
colour of the line.

Any ideas would be very much apreciated.

The color of the line created by checking the "Line between" box
in the Format->Columns dialog box cannot be changed, so don't add
a line that way. Instead, click on View->HeaderAndFooter, draw a
vertical line in the color of your choice, and position and size
the line so that it appears between the two columns.
