While there is software that will convert handwriting to text on a tablet pc
or pocket pc or some other form of slate, I know and did not find via a very
brief search of Google, anything about converting scanned handwriting to
text.
A more extensive search may find something, but I am not sure. The
handwriting conversion used by table pc's etc interprets each stroke of a
letter as it is made in addition to/or maybe even rather than just
attempting to convert the finished letter.
