How do I copy and paste a toolbar into a document

I have to do this paper for a computer class that is online and it requires
me to cut and paste the header and footer toolbar into my document. I'm going
crazy, PLEASE HELP!!!!

You can use PrintScreen or Alt+PrintScreen to copy your screen or the active
window to the Clipboard, whence you can paste it anywhere. If you want just
a specific toolbar, you'll need to paste into a graphics editing app (even
MS Paint) and crop the image down to just the toobar.
