HOW DO I CREATE A FADED BORDER IN MICROSOFT PUBLISHER?

I create a fade into the border to look like it was on purpose?

You can do this with four rectangles with a gradient transparency - although
you might have trouble getting the transparency to print, depending on your
printer and printer driver.
