How do I create a forum In FrontPage2003?

I am trying to create a forum in FrontPage 2003. I had the ability to do it
in FrontPage 2000, but can't find a template to do it in 2003.

In 2003, go to File >> New >> New Web site >> More Web site templates. Then
choose Discussion Web as Rick pointed out.

I use Snitz Forums because Frontpage has some limitations. They have
a free version.
