How do I create a new letter to a contact?

Using Outlook Business Contact Id like to be able create a new letter in Word. Basically I would like to open the contact, from the Action tab and be able to have my own entry to a Word template that I create. In this Word template I would like to be able automatically through the use of macros populate the contacts information into this Word template
