how do I display all tasks in one calendar view

I am trying to display all tasks in a two week calendar view, but instead it
gives me the option to either view or not view all overflow tasks within the
same timeframe. If I select 'print overflow tasks' it prints it out on a
separate page in a long list! Is there any way I can get it to display the
overflow tasks within the calendar view? So i can see an end to end view of
ALL the tasks for that week? FRUSTRATING!

Hello Soaring Higher,

As you have discovered, the formating options in the calendar view is
limited. Even with some "tweaking" the maximum number of task I have ever
been able to print out is 6 tasks per day. You can increase the height of
the rows in the calendar view to see more tasks, but printing more is not
possible.

If showing fewer tasks by filtering is an option, that may work, but
otherwise, I would just use the Gantt chart view.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hey Julie,

Thanks for your reply, but the Gantt chart view will not work for my
purposes. I am trying to rationalise four our five schedules inserted into
one project plan and then get MSPP to display all activity for a certain
week. I can not get it to list ONLY all tasks taking place in that two week
period in a Gantt chart view. Is there any report/other view I can display
this e2e information?

Thanks

Hi Serine,

Have you tried working with filters in the Gantt chart view? Try
turning on Autofilters and then filtering your start and finish date
criteria - greater than or equal to AND less than or equal to - to
filter out tasks.

If you don't wish to show the summary tasks you may turn those off in
Tools > Options, view tab.

To print just the selected range, set the date range in the File > Print
dialog box.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
