HOW DO I ERASE A PAGE OF A DOCUMENT

I have done a document in word(office xp professional) and it has added a
second page to it. I am wanting to print quite a few copies of the document
and don't want the second useless page tagged on. How do I get rid of it
please???

Turn on view for non-printing characters and scroll to the end of the
document and you'll probably find some of them you need to delete.

Four ways: -

1) Click the preview button and then 'shrink to fit'. This will make sure
the document fits on one page (it may lessen the font size by a ½-point, but
nothing that you'd notice).

2) This is my preferred method, but your printer has to have its own
preview function built into the driver. My R800 allows you to select what
pages print, by showing a list of the pages, which you can select or
deselect by right clicking. I then just remove the extraneous page. Does
that make sense?

3) Simply select 'current page' from the Print dialogue (making sure you
have the page with the document on visible). This will simply, erm, print
the current page...

4) Enter a range in the range box. In this case, you would simply enter
'1'.
