how do I find Microsoft Publisher on my system?

I just installed Microsoft office student and teacher edition to my system.
I'm trying to convert a previous Publisher file and can't find Publisher on
my system now.

Where do I look?

You failed to state the version but if you are referring to version 2003 you
can find on http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=28 that
Publisher is not in that bundle.

This would also be documented in the package labeling.

Also during the installation the install dialog states what programs will be
installed.

Publisher does not come with that version of Office.
